Do I still need to communicate with occupiers?

No. Once your property is under our Guaranteed Rent scheme, Willow London Living handles all communication with occupiers so Landlords can enjoy hassle-free rental income.

What types of properties do you work with?

We work with a range of properties including Studios, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom flats and houses, as well as entire blocks.

How long is the rental contract?

Willow offers fixed term contracts of 12, 24 or 36 months. This provides both flexibility and security to Landlords.

Do I need to pay any management fees?
